摘要
以T15高速钢粉末作表面硬化材料,采用粉末吹送方式用2kW的CO_2激光器将粉末涂覆在工具钢表面。研究了扫描速度、供粉量、激光功率及后处理等对涂层形状、组织、成分及硬度的影响。试验结果表明:采用粉末输送方式可通过调整工艺参数有效地控制涂层的几何形状;激光快速熔凝的T15粉末高速钢中没有δ共析体和共晶菜氏体,组织超细化;涂覆T15粉末高速钢可以获得超高硬度的涂层,在工具及模具表面强化领域有良好的应用前景。并有可能为粉末高速钢的应用开辟一条新的途径.
This paper deals with the laser surface coating of super-hard high speed steel powder on the surface of low alloy steel with 2kW CO_2 laser and a powder spraying system. The influences of laser beam scanning rate, quantity of powder supply, laser power and post treatment on the shape, microstructure, composition and hardness of c(?)ating layer were studied. It is shown that the shape of coating layer can be controlled effectively by adjusting the rate of powder spraying and parameters of the process. There is extra-fine without δ-eutectoid and eutectics in the structure of rapidly solidified cast of T 15 high speed steel and a super-hard surface can be obtained. Therefore it has a bright future of application in surface hardening of tool and die steel and also has the posibility to develop a new way for the application of powdered high speed steel.
