摘要
应用X射线衍射方法研究了40Cr,GCr15和GCr15SiMn钢以及LC4、LY12铝合金经不同热处理后的残余应力,测定了轴承钢的残留奥氏体量,提出了几种降低精密机械零件残余应力的实用方法。
This paper deals with the residual stress of steel 40Cr, GCr15,GCr15S(?)Mn and aluminium alloy LC4 and LY12 after different heat treatment studied by X-ray diffraction. The amount of retained austenite of bearing steels was measured, some practical methods to reduce the residual stress of the precise machin(?) purts were suggested.
