摘要
系统研究了45及45VS钢室温冷形变后的回复与再结晶过程。结果表明,冷形变后回火时在350℃附近出现强(硬)度峰,用电镜、X射线衍射、内耗分析等方法探讨了峰的形成机理.用透射电镜对45钢一次再结晶的形核进行了观察。结果表明,一次再结品的核的形成可能是高能区形核,也可能是多边化亚晶聚合形核。同时研究了低温预多边化处理对随后再结晶的影响,认为预多边化处理能加速一次再结晶的形核,但不显著。
In this paper the recovery, recrystallization of room temperature-deformed 45 and 45VS steel were systematically studied. The results indicate that there is a strength (hardness) peak after tempering at 350℃, and its mechanism is analysed by means of TEM, internal friction and X-ray diffraction analyser. Nucleation of recrystallization of 45 steel is observed by TEM, the observation results show that the recrystallization nuclen(?) are formed in high energy region or by sub-structure coalescence. Simultaneously, the effect of the low temperature pre-tempering on the recrystallization of 60% deformed 45 steel was studied. This process makes recrystallization quick, but not noliceable.
