摘要
应用薄膜分散法(TFDM)和反相蒸发法(REM)制备了两种脂质体一新城疫(L-ND)疫苗.由REM制备的L-ND疫苗,无论应用于高母源抗体鸡,还是低母源抗体鸡,L-ND疫苗组的HI抗体效价均明显高于单纯疫苗组(P<0.05);在免疫后2~3周内,其ANAE^+淋巴细胞百分数也均高于单纯疫苗组(P<0.05);对高母源抗体鸡的有效免疫期比单纯ND疫苗延长1周,对低母源抗体鸡的有效免疫期延长3周.
Two kinds of liposome-associated ND (L-ND) vaccines were prepared by thin film dispersed method (TFDM) and reversephase evaporation method (REM) respectively. After morphological identification and determination of entrapment efficiency, a higher entrapping ratio ND vaccine prepared by REM was selected to vaccinate the chickens. The results showed that the titre of haemagglutination inhibition (HI) antibody in L-ND group with high or low levels of maternal antibodies were significantly higher than those of single vaccine group (p<0. 05), and that the percentage of ANAE+ lymphocyte in L-ND group was much higher than that of single group (p<0. 05) within 2-3 weeks after vaccination. The effective immune period in L-ND group was 1-3 weeks longer than that of single vaccine group.
