摘要
采用正交函数分光光度法测定了丙硫苯咪唑脂质体混悬液中药物含量,测定波长277～307nm,测定点6个,间隔6nm,按d_2=5A_1-A_2-4A_3-4A_4-A_5+5A_6计算.本实验重现性好,回收率为98.8±0.52%(n=15),方法可靠、实用.
The orthogonal function spectrometric method was employed to measure the total amount of albendazole in liposoeme suspension. The detection wave length was range from 277 nm to 307 nm with interval of 6 nm. The d2 value was counted according to following formula: d2 = 5A1 - A2 - 4A3 - 4A4 - A5 + 5A6. This assay was reproducible, reliable and practicable. The recovery was 98. 8±0. 52% (n = 15).
