摘要
目的 :采用中西医结合治疗本病 6 0例 ,并与单纯西药治疗的 30例进行对比观察。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 96 .6 7% ,愈显率为 88.33% ,对照组总有效率为 90 % ,愈显率为 6 3.33% ,两组比较 ,治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组。结果 :治疗组在提高疗效、缩短病程、迅速止血、减少临床用血量、防止并发症。
Objective:The therapy of the combination of TCM and Western Medicine was used for treating 60 cases of acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract as controled with 30 cases treated by chemical drugs.Results:The total rate and effectual healing rate were 96.67% and 88.33% in the treatment group and 90% and 63.33% in the control group,the effectual healing rate in the treatment group was much higher than that in the control group.Results:The clinical effection,shortening coures,rapid hemostasis,reducing volume of blood transfusion,preventing complication and decreasing recurrence rate in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group.
