摘要
通过不同渗硼工艺后进行不同热处理工艺的试验,并经金相显微组织观察,显微硬度测定,X射线表面相结构分析及热疲劳性能的测试,探讨了温度、加热方式等对LM2钢热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,经900℃×6h渗硼,辅以1110℃淬火,670℃×2.5h回火后LM2钢具有较高的热疲劳性能。在受力不大时,LM2钢的高温渗硼工艺可用1200℃淬火,610~650℃×2.5h回火后再经680℃×16h渗硼的工艺来代替。
In this paper, the effect of the heating temperature and mediums in heat treatment process after boronizing on heat fatigue resistance of LM2 was investigated. Various constituents in boronized layer were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis and the relationship among microstructure. microhardness and heat fatigue resistance was studied attentively. Experimental results show that when LM2 steel was boronized at 900℃ and quenched from 1110℃ and tempered at 670℃,the optimum heat fatigue resistancecan be obtained.
