摘要
为适应社会主义市场经济体制下的野生动物保护管理模式 ,从而有效地促进健康的野生动物产业发展和更好地保护野生动物资源 ,在说明了野生动物产业促进野生动物保护和经济发展的同时 ,指出其管理中存在的一系列问题以及由此对野外资源的管理造成的压力。结合依法管理 ,分析说明了我国现行的《野生动物保护法》的某些方面与社会主义市场经济体制已明显不相适应。在此基础上 ,提出 :应尽快对《野生动物保护法》进行修改 ,增设野生动物产业相关法律条款。
For establishing a model for wildlife management which is adaptive to the s ocialistic market economy system, and promoting the development of wildlife indu stry and wildlife protection, the authors reviewed the promotion effects of wild life industry on wildlife conservation and economic development, and analysed a series of problems in wildlife production and management as well as the pressure s upon the management of wild resources consequently caused by these problems. T he authors pointed out that the Wildlife Protection Law in effect had not fit in with the socialistic market economy system, and suggested that modifications in cluding items related to wildlife industry should be made to the Wildlife Protec tion Law based on the above analysis.
