摘要
从毛皮动物养殖业已具备一定规模、我国日益成为裘皮加工中心、裘皮消费市场潜力巨大这几个方面说明了在我国建立国际裘皮拍卖行已具备了一定的可行性。在此基础上 ,论述了国际裘皮拍卖行将会产生一系列作用 :形成公平、公开、公正的市场竞争环境 ,指导养殖户及时调整品种结构 ,降低交易成本和交易风险 ,实现专业化、规模化、标准化饲养 ,及时掌握市场的供求信息 ,提高国产皮张竞争力。
Fur animal farming has been in a quite large scale, and fur processing technolog y and consuming market have been matured enough. Therefore China has had the fea sibility to form an international fur auction. The advantages of the trade mode are significant: helpful to establish a market environment for fair, public and just competition; helpful to direct farmer to adjust breed structure of animals according to the change of market; helpful to reduce the costs and adventure of trading; helpful to realize professional, large scale and standardized breeding; helpful to grasp market information of supply and demand and also helpful to im prove the competitive ability of native furs. Meanwhile the necessity of forming an international fur auction in China was perfectly discussed in this paper.
