摘要
采用NIH标准补体依毫蔓的细胞毒法检测7例接受胚胎肾上腺髓质组织脑内移植患者血中抗T、B淋巴上的HLA-A、B、C、DR抗体。每1例患者血清对16名正常人T、B淋巴细胞进行微量细胞毒实验,结果1例患者血清呈HLA-DR抗体阳性反应。结果提示在开展胚胎组织脑内移植工作中应加强对免疫排斥反应的监视。
The serum antibodies to HLA-A,B,C and DR which are on T and B lymphatic cells were examined by complement-depending standard method of NIH, which serum were tak- en from 7 patients who had received intracephalic transplantation of fetal adrenal medullary tissue. Every serum sample was mixed with T and B lymphocytes of 16 normal persons to perform micro-cytoxin reaction. The result presented postitive HLA-DR reaction in the serum from a patient. It showed that the rejection should be on regard in engaging intra- cephalic transplantation of fetal tissue clinically and should give more attention to immunore- jection.
