摘要
我院在加强内涵建设上 ,采取了加强以设备为重点的硬件建设 ;加强以质量为核心的软件建设 ;加强以减员增效为主的内部挖潜工作。较好地实现了软、硬件建设相互促进的良性循环 ,取得了明显的成效。
With regard to inner hospital development, we adopted, firstly, hardware building with equipment being the focal point; secondly, software building with service quality being the emphasis; and lastly, inner potential cultivation with staff reduction and efficiency enhancing being the stress. These measures have combined to lead to an eminent improvement and a mutual advancement in hospital hardware and software.
