摘要
目的:探讨鼻咽癌放疗与后鼻孔闭锁发生的关系.方法:对鼻咽癌病人放疗前后进行比较分析.结果:在25例患者中,6例为常规放疗后发生,19例为常规放疗加后装治疗后发生.结论:鼻咽癌后装治疗可能增加后鼻孔闭锁发生的可能性,应予以重视和预防.
Objective:To explore the relationship between rediation therapy and atresia of the posterior nares in Nasopharyn-geal carcinoma(NPC) patients. Methods: NPC patients were analyzed before and after radiotherpy. Results: In 25 patients of atresia of the posterior nares, 6 cases were treatmented with routin radiation, and 19 patients with routin radiation and posterior loading bractherapy. Conclution: It should be considered that posterior loading bractherpy may develpe atresia of the posterior nares in NPC patients.
