摘要
本文介绍了511水溶性淬火介质在中碳低合金钢汽车锻件淬火中的应用。经工艺试验和生产考核证明,该介质不仅可取代淬火油,还能明显地提高锻件热处理质量、降低成本和改善操作条件。
In this paper, the application of 511 aqueous soluble quenchant in the que- nching of the automobile forging was introduced. By the process test and production practice, it was shown that using this quenchant, not only the quenching oil can be substituted but also the quality of the workpieces can be improved, the cost may be saved as well as the operation condition may be improved.
