摘要
目的:探讨后牙纵折的保存治疗方法.方法:54颗近远中纵折的后牙,结扎后分别行根管治疗术,树脂充填,全冠修复.结果:42颗牙治疗成功,12颗患牙失败拔除.结论:后牙纵折后只要及时诊断、治疗,就可以避免拔除.
Objective: To investigate the effect of the treatment of preserving longitudinal fractured posterior teeth. Methods: 54 longitudinal fractured teeth were ligated around and root therapies were made, then the cavities were filled with resin and the teeth were restored with full crowns. Results: Most teeth had good results except that 12 of them were failed and extracted. Conclusions: Posterior teeth with longitudinal fractures can be effectively preserved as long as they can be effectively treated in time.
