摘要
目的 探讨治疗难愈性股骨颈骨折新的肌骨瓣及术式。 方法 在观察标本、复习解剖的基础上 ,设计了部分臀中肌肌蒂大转子部骨瓣转位移植于股骨颈骨折处。治疗难愈性股骨颈骨折 7例 ,骨折延迟愈合并股骨头缺血 1例。 结果 8例患者全部在术后 3～ 4 5月愈合。 结论 臀中肌骨瓣转位移植术是治疗难愈性股骨颈骨折及骨折不愈合的有效方法 ,创伤小 。
Objective To explore a new muscles-pedicle bone grafting in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods Gluteus mediu-pedicle bone was designed according to the anatomy and was grafted over to the femoral neck fracture site in 8 patients. Results 8 patients are all healing in 3-4.5 months after operation. Conclusion Gluteus medius-pedicle bone has a good effect in the treatment of femoral neck fracture with less trauma and conveninece.
