摘要
村民自治是随着农村经济体制改革和民主化的进程而产生并随之被确立的一种基层民主制度,也是中国特色社会主义民主的一种重要形式。文章阐述了发展社会主义民主必须坚持党的领导,论证了党的领导对于村民自治的特殊意义等问题。
Self-government of villagers is a kind of basal democratic system established along with the process of the economic system reform of the rural area and the democratization of our nation, and it is also an important form of the socialistic democracy with Chinese characteristics. This thesis expatiates that it is essential to persist in the leadership of the Party to develop the socialistic democracy, then it expatiates the special significance of the leadership of the Party to the self-government of villagers.
