The 16thconference of our party has put forword the great purposes for us,that is,'to build a well-to-do society,quicken the socialism modernalization and struggle for creating a new aspect of Chinese socialism career.This is an important embody for carrying out 'three representations'and implementing the demands of developing productive force and advanced culture and fulfilling the essential interest demands of the public.To build a well-to-do society completely must step the sustainable development road and achieve coordinated development of the population,economy,society,nature,regions and urban-county.
