摘要
为了分析1420HC轧机辊间压力分布特性以及抽动中间辊时辊间压力分布的变化规律,作者应用KNShohet的影响函数法、弹性基础梁模型及相应的统计模型进行了理论模拟计算,并用三维光弹性应力分析法进行了实验验证。结果表明:理论模拟计算值与实验结果吻合,从而为1420HC轧机确定合理的工艺制度奠定了基础。
The influence function method, basic spring beam model and statistic model were applied for theoretically simulated calculation of force distribution on rolls during middle roll axial displacement. The calculated results were verified by experiment using 3D photoelastic stress analysis method. The simulated results are consistent with the experiment ones. The results obtained afford the basis for determining the reasonable process regime in 1420HC mill.
