摘要
以国内某大型乙烯装置的急冷塔为例,对塔顶蒸汽出口进行了有限元分析。工程应用表明,采用有限元分析软件能很好地解决设备大开孔问题,特别是当管口承受管线复杂外载荷情况下的应力计算。
By the use of taking the quench tower of domestic some large ethylene unit as an example, the finite element analysis on steam outlet pipe of tower top was conducted. The engineering application showed that the finite element analysis soft ware was good at solving the equipment large opening, especially solving the stress calculation of pipe hole borne complex external load of pipeline.
