摘要
研究了以IGBT作为开关管的E类逆变器。利用E类逆变器的软开关特性,使IGBT在更高的频率下稳定工作;利用IGBT的高压大电流特性,使E类逆变器获得较大功率的正弦波输出。文中分析了这种电路的工作原理和特性,给出了实验结果。
In the article,the Class-E Inverter with IGBT hase been studied.On the basis of the soft-switch of the Class-E Inverter,the IGBT can work stably at higher frequence.Utilizing the high-voltage and high-current of IGBT,the Class-E Inverter has got the sinusoidal output with high-power.Its principle and characteristics are analyzed.The experiment-results are given.
