摘要
为观察针刺加中药塞鼻疗法治疗血管性头痛的疗效 ,将 71例患者随机分为针刺加塞鼻组 4 0例和西药对照组 31例 ,并观察两组治疗前后临床症状的变化。结果 :治疗后两组的临床症状均减轻或消失 ;针刺加塞鼻组的近期疗效和远期疗效都优于西药对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。
To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture plus nasal herbal stuff in the treatment of vascular headache,71 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 40 subjects were treated with acupuncture plus nasal herbal stuff and control group in which 31 subjects were treated with routine western medicines. Results: After treatment,the clinical symptoms were eased or disappeared in both groups; the long-term effects and short-term effects were better in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05).
