摘要
为观察复方苦参注射液治疗晚期肿瘤的疗效 ,将 115例晚期肿瘤患者随机分成两组 :对照组 (5 9例 ,给予常规治疗 )和治疗组 (5 6例 ,在对照组的基础上加用复方苦参注射液 )。治疗半个月后观察两组患者的免疫指标、生活质量改善情况和疼痛缓解情况。结果 :治疗组的免疫力有所提高 ,生活质量改善率为 4 2 9% ,疼痛缓解率为35 9% ,明显高于对照组。提示复方苦参注射液对晚期肿瘤疗效确切。
To observe the clinical effects of “Compound Kushen Injection” in the treatment of late tumor,115 subjects were randomized into two groups: control group in which 59 subjects were treated with routine medicines and treatment group in which 56 subjects were treated with the Injection and routine medicines. After half a month treatment,the immunological indexes,life quality and pain relief were observed. Results: In treatment group,the immunity was boosted; the improvement rate of life quality was 42.9% and the relief rate of pain was 35.9%,with better effects than control group. It is suggested that the Injection has positive effects on late tumor.
