详细介绍了 2 0 0 2年 12月 2 9日在首钢孟家沟铁矿成功进行的一次条形药包露天矿揭顶剥离定向抛掷大爆破。爆破的总方量为 181× 10 4m3 ,实际总装药量为 13 0 1t ,抛掷率达 60 %。经爆破后观察 ,岩石破碎均匀 ,无大块 ,爆堆松散 ,无根底 ;爆堆比原山体降低 60余m ,有效控制了爆破地震、冲击波等有害效应 ,获得令人满意的效果。
A linear charge directional cast blasting for pit cover stripping successfully made on Dec.29, 2002 at Mengjiagou Iron Mine, Captal Steel is described in detail. It had a total blast volume of 181×10 4m 3, explosive charge amount of 1301t and a cast ratio of 60%. After blasting observation found even fragments, loose muck pile, no blocks and no toes. The muck pile was more than 60 meters lower than the former hill and the harmful effect of blast vibration and impact wave was effectively controlled, showing a satisfactory blasting effect.
