摘要
由于无底柱分段崩落法结构参数一直采用经验方法确定 ,很难保证结构参数最佳 ,本文分析了放出体和矿石堆体的形态及其影响因素。在此基础上提出了最佳结构参数的标准即 :纯矿石放出量最大和纯矿石回收率最高 ,据此提出了最佳结构参数的确定方法 。
Because of anciently usually adopting empirical method to determine the structure parameter of non pillar sublevel caving,there are hard to guarantee parameter optimize.The paper has analyzed the shape and influence factor of draw off body and pilling body of ore,on whose foundation the paper puts up with the criterion of optimal structure parameter,this is,the volume of pure ore drawing is largest and the ratio of pure ore recovery is highest,according to which the paper provides the method to determining optimal structure parameter.In addition,the paper has calculated the theory value of optimal structure parameter by the case of Xiaoguanzhuang iron mine of Luzhong metallurgic mine corporation.
