摘要 目的 :探讨神经节苷脂GM1对面神经损伤再生的影响。方法 :建立兔面神经损伤后再生的实验模型 ,外源性给予GM1,分别在术后 2 ,4 ,8周观察面神经的组织学及超微结构变化。结果 :实验组术后 2 ,4周光镜下可见大量有髓神经纤维排列整齐 ,髓鞘厚度增加 ,雪旺氏细胞多见。术后 8周时实验组与对照组无明显差异。术后 2 ,4周时 ,电镜观察实验组再生神经纤维增多 ,轴索成熟 ,可见雪旺氏细胞胞体完整。术后 8周时实验组与对照组无明显差异。结论 :神经节苷脂GM1对兔面神经损伤的早期康复有明显促进作用。 Objective: Our aim was to study the effects of ganglioside GM 1 on the regeneration of facial nerve. Methods: We established animal models of injury of facial nerve with rabbits.The GM 1 was given exogenously. We observed the histological changes and ultrastructures of facial nerve after 2,4,and 8 weeks. Results: After 2 and 4 weeks in the experimental group,a large amount of myelinated nerve fibers, Schwann cells were observed with light microscopy,and thickness of myelin sheath increased. With electronic microscopy,we observed significant regeneration of nerve fibers,mature axons,and intact Schwann cells. No difference was found between the experimental and control group after 8 weeks. Conclusion: Proper doses of ganglioside GM 1are good for regeneration of facial nerves at the early stage of injury.
