摘要
目的 :从分子水平探讨脊髓损伤发病机制 ,为临床治疗脊髓损伤寻求有效手段。方法 :选用Wistar大鼠 30只 ,制造脊髓压迫性损伤模型 ,以免疫组织化学方法 ,动态观察大鼠脊髓损伤早期神经细胞C fos基因表达变化。结果 :脊髓损伤后 2h ,损伤区胶质细胞中C fos基因表达已明显 ,伤后 6 ,8,2 4h更为显著。结论 :脊髓损伤后C fos基因表达的情况可能与脊髓原发性损伤和继发性损伤机制有关。
Objective: Our aims were to study the mechanism of spinal cord injury at molecular level and to explore the effective methods for treatment of spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods: Animal models of SCI were established in 30 Wistar rats. Changes of C fos gene expression in nerve cells were observed with immunohistochemical methods in the early stage of SCI. Results: Expression of C fos gene in glicial cells of injuried areas was obvious 2 hours after SCI, and more significant 6, 8, and 24 hours after the injury. Conclusion: The phases of C fos gene expression after SCI were closely related to the mechanism of primary and secondary injury.
