Early Predictor of Malignant Middle Cerebral Artery Infarction

摘要 恶性大脑中动脉梗死预后差 ,早期临床、神经化学和神经影像学因素预测 ,可识别占位性脑水肿 ,利于及时采取手术、低温等治疗 。 Malignant middle cerebral artery infarction has a poor prognosis. Early clinical and neurochemical and neuroimage predictors of space occupying edema is necessary for identification of the patient at rist.It is beneficial to the early operation and hypothemia treatment so as to rescue patients' lives.
