摘要
目的 :观察控制性降压在鼻窦内窥镜手术 (FESS)中应用效果。方法 :将 6 0例患者随机分为 3组 ,每组 2 0例 ;I组为对照组不实施控制性降压 ; 组为硝酸甘油 (NTG)控制性降压 ; 组为美托洛尔复合 NTG控制性降压。观察比较3组术中出血量、尿量及手术时间。结果 :I组与 、 组比较手术时间延长 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;术中出血量 、 组都显著小于 I组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;术中 组心率明显比正常心率快 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :美托洛尔复合 NTG降压有明显的协同作用 ,减少 FESS术中出血量 ,且手术时间较短 ,对心率影响小 。
Objective:To observe the effect induced by controlled hypotension in endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into three groups.Group I:control group( n =20);Group Ⅱ:nitroglycerin group( n =20);Group Ⅲ:metoprolol and nitroglycerin group( n =20).Amount of blood loss and urine,time of operation were observed and compared among the tree groups druring the operation.Results:Time of operation in group I was increased as compared with that of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ( P <0.05).Amount of bleeding in group I was also increased ( P <0.01).Heart rate in group Ⅱ was increased significantly during operation.Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with NTG produces synergism,time of operation and amount of blood loss decreased,slight influence on HR,and it can safely applied to the controlled hypotension in clinical practice.
