摘要
目的 :研究酪氨酸蛋白激酶抑制剂 RG5 0 86 4对 PDGF诱导的肺动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的影响。方法 :用原代培养的小牛肺动脉平滑肌细胞 ,采用细胞计数法、MTT比色法及 Giemsa染色法对 PDGF诱导的肺动脉平滑肌细胞进行分析。结果 :与对照组相比 ,RG5 0 86 4处理组能在 2 4 h、4 8h、72 h显著抑制 PDGF诱导的肺动脉平滑肌细胞增殖 ,且呈剂量依赖性。结论 :RG5 0 86 4可显著抑制
Objective:To explore the effect of tyrosine protein kinase(TPK) inhibitor RG50864 on Pulmonary artery smooth muscle cell(PASMC) proliferation of platelet derived growth factor(PDGF) induced.Methods:By primary culture of calf PASMC,the effect of PDGF induced PASMC proliferation was analysed using MTT colorimetry,Giemsa staining and cell count.Results:As compared with control group,PDGF induced PASMC proliferation was significantly inhibited by RG50864 groups in a dose dependent manner.Conclusion:RG50864 could block PDGF induced PASMC proliferations.
