摘要
简介我国西部地区人才短缺现状,分析其原因,结合西部特点,指出西部高职教育应着重培养特色型、守 业型、创业型3种人才。然后就西部高职教育的发展方向、深化改革、高职教育与职业资格等问题进行了探讨。
The authors introduced briefly the talent person shortage condition in the Western China, analyzed the causes, pointed out that the characteristic, safeguard and creating one' s heritage talent person should be emphatically trained. The development direct, deepen reform, high professional education and professional credentials were probed into here, too.
