摘要 以马铃薯为原料,以三氯氧磷为交联剂,氢氧化钠为催化剂研究了高取代度磷酸二酯淀粉的合成工艺.考察了pH值、反应温度、反应时间、三氯氧磷用量等因素对合成工艺的影响,得到了较佳工艺条件. Synthetic technology of cross-linked starch was studied with potato starch as the raw material, phosphorous oxychloride as the cross-linked reagent at the range of pH from 8 to 12 in this paper. The influence of reaction time, reaction temperature, pH, concentration of starch slurry and amount of phosphorous oxychloride on synthetic technology of cross-linked starch was investigated. The better technology conditions were obtained.
