摘要
在高精度微进给数控机床伺服系统中,需要对永磁直线同步电动机(PMLSM)的推力波动进行补偿和控制.目前虽然出现了多种抑制推力波动的方法,但均存在一定的困难.对永磁直线同步电动机的推力波动情况进行了概述.并就抑制永磁直线同步电动机推力波动的措施,从优化永磁直线电动机的设计和采用适当的控制策略两方面进行了总结和阐述.
It is necessary to compensate the thrust undulations of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor in higher precision numerical control machine.Now there still exists difficulties when we restrain it using several methods. Factors in this paper arousing thrust undulations of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor are summarized. The measures restraining the thrust undulations of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor include optimizing design of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor and introducing reasonable control strategies.
