摘要
在27篇文献的基础上,对环氧树脂基纳米粘土复合材料的改性机理、制备方法、性能的影响因素以及该技术的研究进展进行综述。介绍了单体原位插层聚合法和溶液共混法等制备方法,指出影响复合材料性能的主要因素是粘土是否完全剥离,而影响剥离的因素有粘土的离子交换能力(CEC)、插层剂阳离子的链长及酸碱性、固化剂类型及固化反应温度等。同时对该技术的发展方向作出了预测。
The mechanism,preparation and their influence on epoxy/clay nano-composites are reviewed in this paper.The preparation methods of Epoxy/clay nano-composites include in-situ intercalation polymerization process and solution co-blending process. The key factors of properties are exfoliation which is influenced by the CEC of Clay, the train length of intercalated agent and its acidty,the kinds of curing agent,the curing temperature etc. The advance tendency of Epoxy/clay nano-composites is also predicated.
