摘要
本文从结构方面对抗坏血酸的酸性进行了讨论 ,分析了溶液的 pH值对抗坏血酸的稳定性及还原性的影响。
In this paper,the acidty of ascorbic acid was discussed in the view of its structure,the influence of pH value on the stabitity and reduction of ascorbic acid was analysed.
