摘要 磁控形状记忆合金是一种在磁场控制下可产生较大变形并具有形状记忆功能的新型功能材料 在阐述该种材料磁控特性的基础上,论述了磁控形状记忆合金执行器的工怍原理,并以所研制的蠕动型磁控形状记忆合金直线电机为例,介绍了其设计方法与试验结果。 Magnetically controlled shape memory alloy (MSM) is a new functional material, which can produces large strain and has the function of shape memory under magnetic field. Based on the magnetically controlled characteristic of MSM, the operation principle of MSM actuators is presented. Taking the developed inchworm MSM linear motor as an example, the design method and expcrimental result are introduced.
