摘要
采用热扭转试验方法研究了LY11铝合金高温形变—淬火—时效行为。结果表明:(1)高温形变对时效过程有促进作用;(2)淬火保留的高温形变亚结构有良好的强化作用。现场生产试验获得了满意的效果;(3)采用挤压淬火工艺的型材强度可达σ(?)=470MPa以上。
By means of thermo-torsion test, the behaviour of high temperature deforming-quenching-aging LY11 Al-alloy was studied and the results showed that high temperature deformation can Rccelerate the aging process, after quenching, the retained substructures of high temperature deformation possess strengthening effect. Thus a satisfactory result is obtained in work practice, i. e. the (?) of this deformed alloy by quenching after hot extruding is over 470 MPa.
