摘要
在“三个代表”重要思想指导下,中国外交形成了一系列工作新思路:外交工作应保障“先进生产力发展的要求”,顺应“先进文化的前进方向”,并体现“最广大人民群众的根本利益”。基于此,中国外交采取了许多重要的措施,为国家经济建设创造良好的国际环境和稳定的周边环境,通过吸取中国和世界文明发展的精华丰富中国外交内涵,并将中国外交与中国人民的利益紧密结合,从而开创了中国外交的新局面。
Guided by the important thought of 'Three Represents', Chinese government has formed some new thinking ways for its foreign policy. The work for Chinese foreign affairs should meet the demands of advanced productivity, conform the direction of progressive culture, and embody the interest of largest majority of people. Based upon these new beliefs, Chinese government conducts many important diplomatic measures, so as to create the peaceful international environment and stable peripheral environment for its economic construction; to enrich the connotation of its diplomacy by extracting the distillate from the Chinese and world civilization; and to combine closely the Chinese diplomatic activities with its people's interest. As a consequence, Chinese diplomacy goes into a new bright phrase.
