摘要
对熔盐Cr-RE共渗工艺及渗层的耐硫酸腐蚀性能进行了研究,结果表明,稀土(RE)能有效地提高渗Cr层的生长速度和耐蚀性能,且盐浴性能稳定。采用扫描电镜、X-线衍射和萤光分析,光学金相显微镜和极化曲线测试等方法,对Cr-RE共渗层的微观组织结构、铈(Ce)的成分分布和渗层的耐蚀机理进行了研究。
This paper deals with the test of salt-bath chromizing with rare-earth and corrosion resistance of chromized layer to H_2SO_4. The results showed that rare-earth can keep the salt-bath stable, accelerate the chromizing and promote the corrosion resistance of the chromized layer.By means of SEM, X-ray diffraction and fluor-analysis, microscope, measurement of polarization curve etc, the microstructuro, Cerium content profile and mechanism of ant-i corrosion of the chromized layer were also studied.
