摘要
由于民族文化资源的多样性和西部大开发的实施 ,发展民族文化产业有十分有利的条件 ,但发展民族文化产业也面临许多问题 :观念滞后 ;文化产业市场化程度低 ;文化产业发展未形成有规模的文化产业企业 ;缺乏一大批善于经营管理的人才。因此 ,要从战略高度来认识民族地区经济的发展 :要进一步转变观念 ;改革文化体制 ,制定民族文化政策法规 ;大力培育民族文化产业市场 ;实施发展民族文化产业的人才工程 ;发挥民族地区优势 ,促进民族文化产业交流 ;
The diversity of national cultural resources and the strategy of developing the western regions provide better conditions for the national culture's development though there still exist quite a lot of problems:the out of date ideas,the lowstage of cultural industry market,the lack of cultural enterprises of large scale,the shortage of qualified personnel,etc.So it is of great importance to realize the significance of the economic development in the national regions,to further reformthe cultural systemso as to formulate relative policies,to well cultivate the market for national culture industry,to make good use of the regional advantages and promote the cultural exchange,to strengthen the development of cultural tourism as well.
