摘要
本文提出了治理热处理BaCl_2盐雾废气的合理工艺和新设备。测试表明对盐雾废气治理的必要性。通过吸收剂筛选试验,CJT型高效强化净化新设备的研制、工厂应用表明,净化效果显著。治理后气体接近或达到卫生标准。
A profitable technology and a new equipment for treating the wastegas from the BaCl_2 salt mist in heat treating are suggested in this paper. The test shows that the salt mist is necessary to be treated. After the selection of absorbents, design of equipment and production application, a new high efficient purification equipment CJT is introduced, the purified gas fulfills or approaches the hygienical standard and it is suitable for wide application.
