摘要
生态经济学是一门正在蓬勃发展的新兴交叉学科 ,可持续发展是生态经济学研究的中心问题。人类对可持续发展问题的极大关注推动了生态经济学的发展。本文从宏观角度分析了可持续发展问题的凸显和生态经济学的兴起 ,着重指出生态经济学是关于可持续发展的科学的认识 ;阐述了可持续发展条件与状态的生态经济学理论内涵 ;论述了生态经济系统的本质特征及其可持续发展评估的核心内容 ;
Ecological economics is a newly developed inte rdisciplinary approach or perspect ive that deal with problems of economic-environmental/ecological interactions wh ere a single discipline approach will not suffice. Sustainable development is th e central issue of ecological economics. The growing concerns with the issue of sustainable development and the needs to solve the problem of environment and de velopment stimulate the rapid development of ecological economics. The internal character of ecological economics is that economic system is a subsystem of eco economic system. In the paper, the internal relationship of sustainable devel opment research and the rising of ecological economics is analyzed, and the vari ous viewpoints about the discipline of ecological economics to date are stated c learly. The characteristics of ecological economical system and the contents and methodologies of its sustainable development measurement are put forward. The e cological economic implications for conditions of sustainable developmen t are pointed out. Quantitative measurement for sustainable development is the f rontier and hotspot field, and is the theoretical basis of the management of sus tainable development, which is one of the important contents of ecological econ omics. The goals and corresponding frameworks and measures of sustainable develo pment assessment and green national accounting and its application progress is o utlined.
