摘要
知识经济时代的到来和知识产业的迅猛发展,使得产业结构呈现出日趋"软化"、"智能化"、"国际化"等新的特点和发展趋势,新一轮世界范围内产业结构的调整已经开始并加快进行。我国在这一新的经济背景下,产业结构的调整应有新思路和新举措。
With the oncoming of intellectual economy and the rapid development of knowledge industry, the industrial structure is characterized by 'being softened, computerized, and internationalized', and the new worldwide adjustment of industrial structure has already begun and been accelerated. In this new economic background, there should be new idea and new methods for the adjustment of the industrial structure in our country.
