摘要
科技伦理道德,是指人们在知识经济、信息社会中进行科技活动时对于社会、自然关系的思想与基本行为准则。科技工作者是科技研究与行为的主体,更须恪守科技道德。我们关注科技伦理道德问题,是要保证科学技术进步服务于全人类,服务于世界和平、发展与进步的崇高事业,而不能危害人类自身。
The morality of sciences and technologies means a set of thoughts and basic nonns of conduct towards the society and the natural relationship in engaging in the activity of science and technology in the society of knowledge economy and information. Since the workers engaged in the science and technology are the subjects of scientific and technological research,they are much more required to abide by the morality in their conduct. The reason why we are so concerned about the issue is to guarantee the progress in science and technology to serve human beings, the peace and improvement of the world, rather than jeopardize human beings themselves.
