摘要
高校的主体是教师。高校教师的劳动特点和需要特点决定了高校人力资源管理的特殊性。高校人力资源管理的核心是激励 ,激励模式主要由激励过程和激励环节两方面构成。当前高校人力资源管理应确立人力资源是高校第一资源的观念、以人为本的观念以及开放的观念。
Teachers are the main body of colleges and universities.The characteristics of their work and need determine the parˉticularities of the management of the human resources in the colleges and universities.The core of the management of human resources is promptings the mode of which includes two aspects.The concept of treating the human resources as the most important,the concept of human being-centered and the concept of opening should be established in the current management of human resources in the colleges and universities.
