摘要
针对南京市气候条件和道路交叉口的交通特点 ,通过分析集料级配对沥青混合料抗车辙性能的重要影响 ,选择 2组具有较好抗车辙性能的集料级配AC 1 6I调整型和SAC 1 6A与 2种SBS改性沥青共 4组沥青混合料进行全面的路用性能试验 ,对比研究了混合料的水稳定性、高温稳定性、抗剪切性能、抗疲劳性能、低温抗裂性能、抗压强度和劈裂强度 ,重点评价了材料的高温抗车辙性能 。
According to the climate and transportation characteristics at road intersections in Nanjing, important effects of aggregates gradation on rutting-resistance of asphalt mixtures are analyzed. Two sets of aggregate gradations in possession of better rutting-resistance named adjusted AC (asphalt-concrete)-16I and SAC (stone-asphalt-concrete)-16A, together with two types of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) modified asphalt, are selected to constitute four sets of asphalt mixtures. By pavement performance's tests of these asphalt mixtures, water stability, stability in high temperature, cutting-resistance, fatigue-resistance, cracking-resistance in low temperature, unconfined compressive strength and cleavage strength of mixtures are comparatively investigated. In this paper, rutting-resistance in high temperature of asphalt mixtures is especially evaluated, and the optimal composition design of pavement's asphalt mixtures at road intersections in Nanjing is put forward, respectively.
