图像分析技术在混凝土塑性收缩裂缝定量测试与评价中的应用研究 被引量:21

摘要 在普通圆环试模中增加高度不等的径向刚性约束 ,获得了改进的圆环试模 ,提高了塑性收缩裂缝的清晰度和有序度 .提出了开裂面积率这一能较好地反映试样的抗裂效果的指标 .应用图像分析技术 ,通过用Delphi语言自行编写的处理软件统计数码照片中裂缝区域与选定分析区域像素点的比值 ,逐步推算出开裂面积率 .试验结果证明 :该技术具有相对直观、便捷和精确的优势 。 By modifying the conventional round ring mould through adding radial rigid restraints of different heights into it, the visibility and regulation of the plastic shrinkage cracks on the mould are improved, and it is found that the rate of the cracking area can be used as a good indicator of the anti-cracking effect of the sample. An image analysis technique is used to work out the rate of the cracking area by calculating the ratio of pixels between the crack area and the pre-selected area in the digital pictures with a self-developed Delphi software. Test results show that the technique is convenient and accurate, and it can be used for the quantification of cracks in concrete.
