摘要
根据当代中国户籍制度变革试验性阶段存在的问题 ,在引述公共物品理论相关内容的基础上 ,评述了目前中国户籍制度改革的两种主要政策模式———集权式改革与分权式改革 ,并通过剖析这两种政策模式的具体内容及实际效果 ,提出了调整和完善改革政策的建议。
According to the problems existing at the experimental stage of current transform of the household registration system, two major policy modes of the reform in this field- centralized reform and decentralized reform- are discussed by referring related contents in the Theory of Public Articles. Also, the specific contents and actual effects of these two modes are analyzed. And the suggestions are finally brought forward.
