摘要
政治伦理作为一门研究人类政治正当性及其操作规范和方法论的价值哲学,对政治文明的发展和政治体制改革,具有导向、规范和终极价值关怀的意义。政治的正当性在于谋取人类“优良的生活”,在人类政治生活中具有优先性。围绕政治的正当性问题而展开的人类政治的价值选择和伦理结构是政治伦理的主体内容。人类生活在由政治支撑着的社会框架中,政治价值理念、政治制度伦理、政治组织伦理以及政治行为主体伦理,是现代政治伦理构成的基本框架。
Political ethics is a science of value which studies the legitimacy of human politics, its operating standard and its methodology. It is of great importance to the development of political civilization and the reform of political structure, for it plays the role of guidance, standardization and solicitude for the ultimate value of politics. The legitimacy of politics lies in the attainment of ' good life' for human beings. It claims precedence in the political life of human beings. Political ethics mainly deals with the value choice and ethical structure in human politics, which center on the legitimacy of politics. The ethical structure embodied in the idea of political value, the structure of political system, the structure of political organization and the subject of political performance consti-tutes the framework of modern political ethics.
