石膏刨花板的生产工艺及其应用前景

摘要 石膏刨花板是以建筑石膏为胶凝剂,以刨花为加强材料的新型建筑板材.本文叙述了石膏刨花板的特点和生产工艺;介绍了芬兰、挪威等国石膏刨花板的生产现状,论述了我国发展石膏刨花板的可能性和必要性,并提出了几点建议. Gypsum particleboard is a new type building material. It has the followingcharacteristics: low energy consumption in production. better physico-mechanicalproperties, better wall heat insulation, decrease of dead weight. easy handling,casy partition of single room, better processing capability, no release of formaldehyde,non-conbustible and water proof. In Finland and Norway, gypsum particleboardtakes a leading position in production in the world for high automation inproduction. Now in China there is no gypsum particleboard plant. But China has vastexpanse of land and high density or population, housing for inhabitants is an urgentproblem demanding timely solution. Now the annual area of house building is morethan 1 billion m^2. The development of the gypsum particleboards as new building mate-rial has a broad prospect. In China the gypsium ore prospected is several hundred mil-lion tons. In recent decades, tremendous number of poplars has been planted. It isquite possible to develop the industry of gypsum particleboards made from poplars inChina. The author's recommendations are: first set up a small scale gypsumparticleboard plant, and introduce some key equipments from abroad. Then on basisof accumulated experiences, speed up the devalopment of the industry of gypsumparticleboard.
