摘要
对浙江省四县(市、区)的调研表明:现阶段城乡基础教育“三项经费”的落实及“以县为主”管理体制的落实仍存在许多问题,必须采取积极措施予以解决。
A survey of four counties in Zhejiang province shows that there exist a lot of problems in the fulfillment of three kinds of funds for the elementary education in the cities and towns as well as the implementation of management system with the county as the main role, so we have to take positive measures to solve these problems.
